Esxupdate error 99 when scanning host for updates

This weekend i tried to update my esxi hosts and i got this error :

I investigated the issue to this vmware article :

which fixed the issue.

Motorola MC9190 WIFI ISSUE

I had WiFi problem with Motorola MC9190 connecting to HP Procurve MSM410 with HP MSM720
controller. the MC9190 would see and connect to some of the AP's and the other did not see.

to solve the problem i enter the fusion configuration tool select options -> Regulatory from dropdown
and change it to my country. Also in Profile change the Regulatory to my country.
Now the MC9190 see all AP's.

Installing mysql workbench on windows 2008 r2 64bit

I needed to install MySQL workbench on one of my servers windows server 2008 R2 64 bit.
downloaded and installed the latest community version 6.0.8 but when i tried to run i got an error.
After some research i found out there is a prerequisite of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package and since the MySQL workbench is 32 bit i downloaded and installed both 32 bit and 64 bit versions :

now the workbench runs.

Raid issue with Dell Optiplex 9020

I have purchsed Dell optiplex 9020 for Pre-printing render software.
Booted into bios , open the raid option the enter the raid controller and made a new volume
with raid 1 , installed os windows 7 pro 64 bit , installed latest drivers from dell website
and updated windows then i see this message popup balloon tell me there is issue with data on disk.

start to investigate i first check hardware everything is good ,did raid verify come out with errors. i contact dell support which told me they do not support raid issues but suggest i install the latest bios , which i did and still the problem continue.

I will try replacing the disks and report for solution

Replaced the HDD'S and the problem is gone.
