Raid issue with Dell Optiplex 9020

I have purchsed Dell optiplex 9020 for Pre-printing render software.
Booted into bios , open the raid option the enter the raid controller and made a new volume
with raid 1 , installed os windows 7 pro 64 bit , installed latest drivers from dell website
and updated windows then i see this message popup balloon tell me there is issue with data on disk.

start to investigate i first check hardware everything is good ,did raid verify come out with errors. i contact dell support which told me they do not support raid issues but suggest i install the latest bios , which i did and still the problem continue.

I will try replacing the disks and report for solution

Replaced the HDD'S and the problem is gone.
